It’s already October and the Community Boat Project is up and running with our high school boat building class. Today we put a lot of our people power towards Shoe, a lifeboat we are restoring. We began the class with all hands flipping it over so we could prep the bottom for a few rounds of paint. Just like our other vessels, we will be using a water based eco paint on the bottom.
